Rod Frey, President and Acting CFO
A founding member of PerfTech in 2001, Rod Frey has 23 years of Information Systems, Finance, Product Management, Operations, and General Management experience beginning with Raychem, a multi-national corporation, to independent start-up Performance Technology, and after acquisition of the latter, with Bay/Nortel Networks. Rod holds BS degrees in Computer Science and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley and California State University, Hayward.

Lewis Donzis, Executive Vice-President and Chief Technical Officer
Lewis Donzis began as an engineer with Datapoint in 1977. As a founding member of Performance Technology in 1985, he led a team of senior engineers to create the product that resulted in that company’s successful acquisition by Bay/Nortel Networks in 1996. His team’s products have won much recognition including over 8 PC Magazine Editors' Choice awards. He is a founding member of PerfTech, and an inventor on ten patents. He attended the University of Texas, Austin.

Jonathan Schmidt, Executive Vice-President, Business Development
A founding member of PerfTech, Jonathan Schmidt began as an engineer at Frederick Electronics Corp. in 1966. He became Vice President of Advanced Product Development at Datapoint Corporation (1969-1985), where his core group created the industry's first commercial LAN (ARCNET) and numerous products that supported a business with 10,000 employees worldwide. A co-founder of Performance Technology in 1985, his technical leadership earned Inc. Magazine's "Entrepreneur of the Year” Award. Jonathan has served as a strategist, a board member of high-tech companies, a frequent conference speaker, and has authored many technology patents. He holds both a BA and an MA in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.

Jane Christ, Vice-President, Sales
A native of Maryland, Jane Christ’s experience includes 21 years in sales and marketing management in the telecommunications industry. Beginning in network design to national accounts at AT&T, she moved into senior positions at Northern Telecom Distributors, and then ANTEC (Arris), where she advanced to Senior Vice President of Sales. She later served as Vice President Sales respectively for San Jose-based Zaffire, Inc., and Artel Video Systems in Massachusetts. Ms. Christ holds a double BA in Mathematics and Business from Hood College, Frederick, Maryland.
