Mini-Pack


A Mini-Pack is licensed according to the number of users and includes:

  • 4 Applications: Subscriber care, Promotion, Ad, and Emergency EAS Bulletin
  • A Bulletin Distributor, and
  • Optionally, one or more Remote Distributors

Bulletin Distributor

A Bulletin Distributor is an integrated device that associates with a central aggregation router in the Provider’s Network Operating Center. Message delivery and all management functions relating to scheduling, targeting, and tracking messages are performed by this one device. The Bulletin Distributor is administered through any available computer. It also auto-manages any Remote Distributors needed to access remote subscribers.


A Remote Distributor is a device that performs message delivery and that can be located at small to medium-sized remote installations or hotspots. A Mini-Pack system may or may not need Remote Distributors, depending on the aggregation of the Provider’s user population.
